Northern Colorado is where we, as vanlifers, always return to. It is our home base. In Northern Colorado is Fort Collins, or FoCo. We know this area like the back of our hands. Which means we some of the best restaurants in the area. So if you are looking for a great date night spot, or place for Valentine’s Day, we have you covered! Below are three Valentine’s Day places for three different budgets.
Valentine’s Day is right around the corner and there are so many great places to pick for a great night out with your significant other.
We picked Three Places for Valentine’s Day for All Budgets.
Retreat Bakery Bar- $
First up, Retreat Bakery Bar. This amazing spot is filled with yummy treats that won’t break the bank. The dessert treats vary in price from a couple of bucks up to $10 – $15. Open from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM on Valentine’s Day, this sweet spot offers flexibility for your schedule. We suggest enjoying a berry pavlova or their vegan raspberry chocolate torte! Both are amazing and sure to satisfy your sweet tooth. Offering both coffee and alcohol options to accompany your sugary bakery choice.
Next is Social- $$
Next is Social. Serving Happy Hour specials all Tuesday, this option offers a wide variety of prices for your Valentine’s Day night out. For a great drink and a small bite to eat, we suggest their Sgt. Pepper and the Social Hour Charcuterie Board both located on their Happy Hour menu! Whether you get just drinks, light appetizers, or dessert, this underground bar will be sure to make your night memorable.
Bistro Nautile- $$$
Lastly is our favorite fancy shmancy restaurant in Fort Collins; Bistro Nautile. They are having a “Lovefest 2023” for the weekend before Valentine’s Day on Friday the 10th and 11th, on Monday the 13th and, of course, Valentine’s Day itself. This Valentine’s Day menu will include French Kiss Oysters, Tahitian “Dragonfly” Tambo, and Moelleux Au Chocolat for dessert. Reservations are highly suggested for this deliciously curated Valentine’s Day meal. While this is the priciest of the three options, we guarantee that your date will be impressed!
